Built in 1928, Sage Hill was once known as the “White School”.
It was one of the first rural consolidated primary schools in North Dakota. Due to a declining rural population, the school closed in 1968.
It is now a Bed and Breakfast.
It is reputedly haunted by a former superintendent.
Phenomena include shadows, the smell of cigar smoke, the sounds of moaning, cold spots and the disappearance and re-appearance of objects.
It might just be worth booking in to see if you experience something!
